What Tellhaven does

People at a site raise a concern from a link or QR code, in their own language. They don't need an app or an account. Head office reads it in English, replies, and records what was done, so the person who spoke up hears back.

Concerns often start where head office isn't: on the night shift, back of house, at a supplier or out at camp. When the only route runs through the site manager, or a form loses the detail, concerns arrive late or not at all. And when nobody hears back, people stop raising things.

How we work

You can set up your organisation yourself: confirm your email, secure your account, name your sites and choose a question. Your team decides who reads and replies. For a larger rollout or procurement requirements, talk to us about custom planning.

AI summarises, translates and flags concerns, and can open a case for review. People decide what to do and reply.

Pricing

£ 119 per site per month, excluding applicable taxes. No setup fee. Self-serve subscriptions renew monthly; cancel renewal at the end of your paid month. Create your account.

A site is one physical operating location, regardless of how many QR codes, departments or shifts it has. For a large or complex rollout, talk to us about a custom quote.
