Industries / Cleaning and facilities

Hear from the crews you rarely see.

Cleaners and facilities crews raise problems from any client site, often at night and in their own language. Your operations or people team reviews them, replies, and records what was done.

Hands full? People can talk instead of typing.

The floor scrubber has been broken for three weeks, so we mop the whole ground floor by hand at night.

Thank you. A replacement scrubber arrives at Parkview on Thursday. Until then, the ground floor gets an extra hour on each night shift.

What supervisors don't pass on.

  • Chemicals, gloves and missing equipment.
  • Workload, rushed shifts and unpaid time.
  • Working alone at night.
  • How supervisors and client staff treat people.
  • Pay and hours that don't add up.

What your operations team sees.

Each concern arrives in English with the client site, theme and risk marked. Serious ones open a case, and the follow-up, your reply and each action stay on record.

  1. The new floor chemical burns our hands, and the gloves at this site are the thin ones.

  2. When did the new chemical arrive?

    Follow-up question

  3. Two weeks ago. Since then my hands crack after every shift.

    Translated from Haitian Creole

  4. Thank you. Stop using it tonight. Your supervisor is bringing back the old product, and nobody uses the new one until we've checked its safety sheet.

Is Tellhaven right for you?

Built for organisations whose people work away from head office.

A good fit if

  • Your people work across sites, shifts or suppliers.
  • They speak more than one language.
  • You can name reviewers who will reply, ideally within two working days.
  • You want a record of what was done about each concern.

Not the right fit if

  • You need an emergency line. Nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations.
  • You need a statutory whistleblower channel. We don't currently offer it as one.
  • People must not be identifiable. We don't ask for names, but their words may identify them.
  • Nobody will reply. People who hear nothing stop speaking up.

One price per site.

A site is one physical operating location, not each QR code, department or shift.

Each lit dot is one of your sites.

Questions

Something else? Email us and we'll set up a walkthrough.

Can people who move between sites use it?

Yes. Use the whole-organisation link for mobile crews and relief staff, and a site link where a crew works at one client.

Will our clients see what crews report?

Only people you add to Tellhaven can read concerns. You decide what to share with a client, and when.

Do people need a company email or an app?

No. They scan the code or open the link on their own phone.

Can people speak instead of typing?

Yes. Once an admin turns voice on in Settings, people tap the microphone and talk to Haven, the AI assistant, in their own language. Tellhaven keeps the transcript, not the recording. Our voice provider may keep flagged audio for up to 90 days for abuse monitoring, but does not use it to train models.

What happens with something urgent?

Tellhaven isn't an emergency service, and nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations. Before rollout, agree who acts on a serious case and how quickly, and keep your usual emergency and incident procedures. Each poster tells people to call emergency services if someone is in danger.

Is it anonymous?

We don't ask for names, and we don't call it anonymous. Conversations are stored and linked to a random key in your browser. Reviewers can read what you share, which may identify you.
