  • You need a statutory whistleblower channel. We don't currently offer it as one.
  • People must not be identifiable. We don't ask for names, but their words may identify them.
  • Nobody will reply. People who hear nothing stop speaking up.

Can suppliers see what workers report?

Only people you add to Tellhaven can read concerns. You decide what to share with a supplier, and when.

Does it replace audits?

No. It runs between audits, so you hear about problems when they happen.

What happens with something urgent?

Tellhaven isn't an emergency service, and nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations. Before rollout, agree who acts on a serious case and how quickly, and keep your usual emergency and incident procedures. Each poster tells people to call emergency services if someone is in danger.

Is it anonymous?

We don't ask for names, and we don't call it anonymous. Conversations are stored and linked to a random key in your browser. Reviewers can read what you share, which may identify you.
