Every concern heard. Every response on record.
Unheard concerns turn into resignations, complaints and incidents. Tellhaven lets people raise them from any site, in their own language, and makes sure they hear back.

The hoist in the east wing has been tagged faulty for two weeks. We're lifting residents by hand.
Thank you. A replacement hoist arrives Thursday. Until then, use the west wing hoist and log each transfer.
Rosters for next week came out on Saturday night again. Half of us had already made plans.
Fair point. From this week, rosters go out by Wednesday for the week after.
The guard on line 4 has been bypassed since Tuesday so we can clear jams faster. Nobody wants to say it at the huddle.
Thank you. Line 4 stays stopped until the guard is refitted this afternoon, and maintenance will look at why it keeps jamming.
Pickers and forklifts are sharing aisle 12 again since the walkway markings wore off. Two close calls this week.
Thank you. Aisle 12 is pedestrian-only until the walkway is repainted on Saturday, and we've briefed the shift leads.
We were told overtime is required this month. If we refuse, we lose the attendance bonus.
Thank you for reporting this. We've raised it with the supplier and will update you here by Friday.
Second time this week the exclusion zone on level 3 was taken down so the crane could swing through faster.
Thanks for flagging this. The zone is back up, and we're reviewing the lift plan with the site lead tomorrow.

Concerns reach head office too late.
- The only route runs through the site manager.
- Forms lose the detail.
- Nobody hears back, so people stop raising things.
By the time a concern reaches you, it's become:
- Aged care A family complaint about something staff knew for weeks. See aged care
- Hospitality A resignation you first hear about at the exit interview. See hospitality
- Manufacturing A line stoppage the night shift saw coming. See manufacturing
- Warehousing A forklift injury after weeks of close calls in the same aisle. See warehousing
- Supply chains An audit finding the workers could have told you months ago. See supply chains
- High-risk work An incident that started as a near miss nobody logged. See high-risk work
How it works: follow one concern
- Speak up.
- Heard.
- Hear back.
- On record.
Na nocnej zmianie jesteśmy tylko we dwie na trzydziestu mieszkańców. Pani z pokoju 12 upadła w tym tygodniu dwa razy, zanim zdążyłyśmy do niej dojść.
There are only two of us on nights for thirty residents. The lady in room 12 fell twice this week before we could reach her.

Is Tellhaven right for you?
Built for organisations whose people work away from head office.
A good fit if
- Your people work across sites, shifts or suppliers.
- They speak more than one language.
- You can name reviewers who will reply, ideally within two working days.
- You want a record of what was done about each concern.
Not the right fit if
- You need an emergency line. Nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations.
- You need a statutory whistleblower channel. We don't currently offer it as one.
- People must not be identifiable. We don't ask for names, but their words may identify them.
- Nobody will reply. People who hear nothing stop speaking up.
Confidentiality, agreed in writing.
Before rollout, we agree who can read concerns, who can reply and what each site report shows.
- Organisation access and two-factor sign-in.
- AI summarises and flags. People decide and reply.
- Retention and data processors set before launch.
- Security overview, subprocessor list and data processing agreement on request.
- This website sets no cookies and records page views only.
One price per site.
A site is one physical operating location, not each QR code, department or shift.
| Sites | Per month |

Questions
Something else? Email us and we'll set up a walkthrough.
How much of my team's time does it take?
About an hour to set up your first site. After that, your reviewers read new concerns and reply in the same thread, and get an email when a case opens. Agree a reply time with your team, such as two working days, and tell your people.
What happens with something urgent?
Tellhaven isn't an emergency service, and nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations. Before rollout, agree who acts on a serious case and how quickly, and keep your usual emergency and incident procedures. Each poster tells people to call emergency services if someone is in danger.
Will people actually use it?
That depends most on whether they hear back. Tellhaven keeps speaking up easy: no app or account, their own phone, their own language, and your reply in the same thread. The rollout guide covers where to put posters and how to introduce it.
How is it different from a hotline or a survey?
A survey asks your questions at set times. A hotline takes a report. Tellhaven is a conversation: it asks follow-up questions, translates, and lets your reviewers reply to the person in the same thread, with a record of what was done.
Do people need an app or an account?
No. They use a link or QR code at their site.
Is it anonymous?
We don't ask for names, and we don't call it anonymous. Conversations are stored and linked to a random key in your browser. Reviewers can read what you share, which may identify you.
Which languages are supported?
People write in their own language. Reviewers read it in English. We'll confirm your languages before rollout.
Does AI make decisions?
No. It summarises, translates and scores concerns, and can open a case for review. People decide what to do.
How much does it cost?
A$ 229 per site per month, excluding applicable taxes, with no setup fee. A site is one physical operating location. See pricing, or talk to us about a custom quote for a large rollout.
