Industries / Staffing agencies
Know what your workers see at the client.
Workers you place raise problems from any client site, in their own language, without going through the client's supervisors. Your branch or compliance team reviews them, replies, and records what was done.
Start with one client site.
Open concerns by client site
| Client site | New | Top theme |
|---|---|---|
| Distribution centre | 6 | Training |
| Food plant | 4 | Timesheets |
| Hotel | 3 | Treatment |
At the food plant, agency staff don't get cut-resistant gloves. Only the permanent staff do.
Thank you. Everyone at the food plant gets the same cut-resistant gloves. We've told the client, and gloves for agency workers arrive tomorrow.
What workers won't say to the client.
- Tasks they weren't trained or hired for.
- Missing safety gear and inductions.
- Hours, pay and timesheets that don't match.
- How client supervisors treat agency staff.
- Placements people are about to walk off.
What your branch team sees.
Each concern arrives in English with the client site, theme and risk marked. Serious ones open a case, and the follow-up, your reply and each action stay on record.
Open concerns
-
Agency workers were put on forklifts on day one without any training.
High risk -
At the food plant, cut-resistant gloves go to permanent staff but not agency workers.
High risk -
Pay is on time, though client timesheets sometimes miss the last hour.
Moderate risk -
The branch consultant checks in weekly and resolves issues with the client.
Low risk

- Warning signs
- Untrained agency workers driving forklifts at a client site.
- Suggested
- Stop untrained workers driving and check the client's induction.
At this warehouse they put us on a forklift on the first day. Nobody showed us anything.
Who asked you to drive the forklift?
The client's supervisor, on my first shift.
Thank you. You won't drive a forklift until you're trained and licensed. We've told the client, and your consultant will call you today.
Actions
- Client told: no forklift work without a licence
- Forklift training booked for placed workers

Is Tellhaven right for you?
Built for organisations whose people work away from head office.
A good fit if
- Your people work across sites, shifts or suppliers.
- They speak more than one language.
- You can name reviewers who will reply, ideally within two working days.
- You want a record of what was done about each concern.
Not the right fit if
- You need an emergency line. Nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations.
- You need a statutory whistleblower channel. We don't currently offer it as one.
- People must not be identifiable. We don't ask for names, but their words may identify them.
- Nobody will reply. People who hear nothing stop speaking up.
One price per site.
A site is one physical operating location, not each QR code, department or shift.

Questions
Something else? Email us and we'll set up a walkthrough.
Can clients see what workers report?
Only people you add to Tellhaven can read concerns. You decide what to raise with a client, and when.
How do workers on different placements reach it?
Give everyone the whole-organisation link when they register, and put a site poster where you place a group at one client.
Does it replace our incident reporting?
No. It catches what people won't put in a formal report. Copy anything serious into your existing system.
Can people speak instead of typing?
Yes. Once an admin turns voice on in Settings, people tap the microphone and talk to Haven, the AI assistant, in their own language. Tellhaven keeps the transcript, not the recording. Our voice provider may keep flagged audio for up to 90 days for abuse monitoring, but does not use it to train models.
What happens with something urgent?
Tellhaven isn't an emergency service, and nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations. Before rollout, agree who acts on a serious case and how quickly, and keep your usual emergency and incident procedures. Each poster tells people to call emergency services if someone is in danger.
Is it anonymous?
We don't ask for names, and we don't call it anonymous. Conversations are stored and linked to a random key in your browser. Reviewers can read what you share, which may identify you.
