Industries / Aged care

Know what your night shift knows.

Carers, nurses and families raise concerns from any home, in their own language. Your quality team reviews them, replies, and keeps a record of what was done.

The hoist in the east wing has been tagged faulty for two weeks. We're lifting residents by hand.

Translated from Nepali

Thank you. A replacement hoist arrives Thursday. Until then, use the west wing hoist and log each transfer.

What reaches you that didn't before.

  • Night and weekend staffing that doesn't match the care plan.
  • Care that is being rushed or missed.
  • Equipment and maintenance waiting on someone.
  • How a manager or colleague treats people.
  • Family worries that never became a formal complaint.

How it works for aged care.

  1. Collect

A QR code in each staff room and at reception. Staff and families explain the issue in a short conversation.

  2. Review

Your quality or clinical lead sees each concern summarised and translated.

  3. Respond

Reply in the same thread and record each action.

  4. Report

See which issues repeat, and at which home.

When a family asks what you knew,
you'll have the record.

Set up your first home in about an hour.

Nothing to install and no integration project. Your people use a link or a QR code on their own phone.

  1. Create your account

Confirm your email and turn on two-factor sign-in.

  2. Name your sites

One for each place you'll put a poster. Choose the opening question.

  3. Pay and invite reviewers

Check your total in Stripe Checkout, then choose who reads and replies.

  4. Put up your posters

Each poster's QR code opens that site's link. Print one for every site.

Is Tellhaven right for you?

Built for organisations whose people work away from head office.

A good fit if

  • Your people work across sites, shifts or suppliers.
  • They speak more than one language.
  • You can name reviewers who will reply, ideally within two working days.
  • You want a record of what was done about each concern.

Not the right fit if

  • You need an emergency line. Nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations.
  • You need a statutory whistleblower channel. We don't currently offer it as one.
  • People must not be identifiable. We don't ask for names, but their words may identify them.
  • Nobody will reply. People who hear nothing stop speaking up.

One price per site.

A site is one physical operating location, not each QR code, department or shift.

Each lit dot is one of your sites.

Questions

Something else? Email us and we'll set up a walkthrough.

Can families use it as well as staff?

Yes. Give families their own link or QR code.

Does it replace our complaints process?

No. It feeds it. Concerns arrive earlier and with more detail, each with a reply and an action record you can use in your existing process.

What happens with something urgent?

Tellhaven isn't an emergency service, and nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations. Before rollout, agree who acts on a serious case and how quickly, and keep your usual emergency and incident procedures. Each poster tells people to call emergency services if someone is in danger.

Is it anonymous?

We don't ask for names, and we don't call it anonymous. Conversations are stored and linked to a random key in your browser. Reviewers can read what you share, which may identify you.
