Hear from your crews before the season ends.

Seasonal and permanent workers raise problems from any farm, greenhouse or packhouse, in their own language. Your operations, HR or welfare lead reviews them, replies, and records what was done.

Start with one farm.

The shower block at the accommodation has had no hot water for ten days. Twelve of us share it.

Translated from Spanish

Thank you. A plumber is booked for Wednesday. Until then, the second shower block is open to everyone.

What the crew boss doesn't pass on.

  • Pay, piece rates and deductions.
  • Accommodation, transport and drinking water.
  • Heat, chemicals and long days.
  • How crew bosses and contractors treat people.
  • Pressure not to complain.

How it works for agriculture.

  1. Collect

A QR code in the packhouse, the lunch area and the accommodation. Workers use their own phone.

  2. Review

Your operations, HR or welfare lead sees each concern summarized and translated.

  3. Respond

Reply in the same thread and record each action.

  4. Report

Compare farms: open issues and the themes that keep coming back.

Your crews know what's wrong
long before the season ends.

Set up your first farm in about an hour.

Nothing to install and no integration project. Your people use a link or a QR code on their own phone.

  1. Create your account

Confirm your email and turn on two-factor sign-in.

  2. Name your sites

One for each place you'll put a poster. Choose the opening question.

  3. Pay and invite reviewers

Check your total in Stripe Checkout, then choose who reads and replies.

  4. Put up your posters

Each poster's QR code opens that site's link. Print one for every site.

Is Tellhaven right for you?

Built for organizations whose people work away from head office.

A good fit if

  • Your people work across sites, shifts or suppliers.
  • They speak more than one language.
  • You can name reviewers who will reply, ideally within two working days.
  • You want a record of what was done about each concern.

Not the right fit if

  • You need an emergency line. Nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations.
  • You need a statutory whistleblower channel. We don't currently offer it as one.
  • People must not be identifiable. We don't ask for names, but their words may identify them.
  • Nobody will reply. People who hear nothing stop speaking up.

One price per site.

A site is one physical operating location, not each QR code, department or shift.

Each lit dot is one of your sites.

Questions

Something else? Email us and we'll set up a walkthrough.

What about patchy coverage?

It needs a connection to send. Put codes where people have Wi-Fi or signal, such as the packhouse, the lunch area and the accommodation.

Can labour-hire workers use it?

Yes. Anyone who scans the code or opens the link can raise a concern, whoever employs them.

Do workers need an app or an account?

No. They scan the code or open the link on their own phone.

What happens with something urgent?

Tellhaven isn't an emergency service, and nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations. Before rollout, agree who acts on a serious case and how quickly, and keep your usual emergency and incident procedures. Each poster tells people to call emergency services if someone is in danger.

Is it anonymous?

We don't ask for names, and we don't call it anonymous. Conversations are stored and linked to a random key in your browser. Reviewers can read what you share, which may identify you.
