Hear what happens after closing.

Store teams raise problems from any store, in their own language. Your operations, people or loss-prevention team reviews them, replies, and records what was done.

We're closing alone on Sundays again. Last week a man followed me out to my car.

Translated from Tagalog

Thank you for telling us. From this Sunday two people close, and security walks staff to their cars.

What never comes up on a store visit.

  • Abuse and threats from customers.
  • Closing alone and handling cash.
  • Rosters, hours and missed breaks.
  • Stockrooms, ladders and heavy lifting.
  • How store managers treat people.

How it works for retail.

  1. Collect

A QR code in the staff room and by the time clock in every store. Staff use their own phone between shifts.

  2. Review

Your operations or people team sees each concern summarized and translated.

  3. Respond

Reply in the same thread and record each action.

  4. Report

Compare stores: open issues and the themes that keep coming back.

Your store teams know
which shift is the risky one.

Set up your first store in about an hour.

Nothing to install and no integration project. Your people use a link or a QR code on their own phone.

  1. Create your account

Confirm your email and turn on two-factor sign-in.

  2. Name your sites

One for each place you'll put a poster. Choose the opening question.

  3. Pay and invite reviewers

Check your total in Stripe Checkout, then choose who reads and replies.

  4. Put up your posters

Each poster's QR code opens that site's link. Print one for every site.

Is Tellhaven right for you?

Built for organizations whose people work away from head office.

A good fit if

  • Your people work across sites, shifts or suppliers.
  • They speak more than one language.
  • You can name reviewers who will reply, ideally within two working days.
  • You want a record of what was done about each concern.

Not the right fit if

  • You need an emergency line. Nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations.
  • You need a statutory whistleblower channel. We don't currently offer it as one.
  • People must not be identifiable. We don't ask for names, but their words may identify them.
  • Nobody will reply. People who hear nothing stop speaking up.

One price per site.

A site is one physical operating location, not each QR code, department or shift.

Each lit dot is one of your sites.

Questions

Something else? Email us and we'll set up a walkthrough.

Will store managers see what their staff say?

Only people you add to Tellhaven can read concerns. Keep it with head office or your people team if a store manager is part of the problem.

Do staff need to download an app?

No. They scan the code or open the link on their own phone.

Does it replace our HR or grievance process?

No. It feeds it. Problems arrive earlier and with more detail, each with a reply and an action record you can use in your existing process.

What happens with something urgent?

Tellhaven isn't an emergency service, and nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations. Before rollout, agree who acts on a serious case and how quickly, and keep your usual emergency and incident procedures. Each poster tells people to call emergency services if someone is in danger.

Is it anonymous?

We don't ask for names, and we don't call it anonymous. Conversations are stored and linked to a random key in your browser. Reviewers can read what you share, which may identify you.
