Software / Ethics hotline software

Ethics hotline software for people who are never at a desk.

Put a link or QR code on every site. People raise an ethics or conduct concern from their own phone by typing or talking, the way they would use a compliance or whistleblower hotline. Haven asks follow-up questions while they are still there, and your reviewers reply in the same thread.

Tellhaven is not a staffed phone line, an emergency line or a statutory whistleblower channel.

One conversation

We have raised this twice with the site manager. Nothing changed.

What happened after you raised it?

Follow-up question

Thank you. We have opened a case and will update you here by Friday.

Reply from head office · On record

For compliance, ethics and operations teams with people spread across sites, shifts and suppliers.

The person who raises a concern should know it reached someone who can respond.

Reachable from every site
The site link opens on the person's own phone. No app, account or phone menu.
Detail at the first report
Haven asks for what reviewers need to know while the person can still answer.
A reply reaches the person
Reviewers answer in the language the person used. The person reads it when they open the same link again on the same phone.
A record of what was done
Cases, actions and exports show how each concern was handled.

How the ethics hotline works, from poster to recorded action.

Tellhaven adds one route into the processes your organization already runs.

  1. Open the link

A site link or QR code works on the person's own phone.

  2. Explain the concern

They type or talk. Haven asks for the detail your reviewers need.

  3. Review and reply

Your team reads it in English, opens a case when needed and replies.

  4. Record the action

The thread, case and actions remain available for review and export.

Add the missing route. Keep the systems you rely on.

Tellhaven is the conversation before and after a concern reaches head office.

Use Tellhaven for

  • Ethics and conduct concerns people will not raise with a site manager.
  • Workers with no desk, no company email and no quiet moment for a call.
  • Questions for the person after the first report.
  • Concerns raised in languages your reviewers do not speak.

Keep your existing process for

  • A staffed phone hotline, for people who would rather call.
  • Emergency calls and immediate danger.
  • Legal intake that must meet a statutory whistleblower regime.
  • Investigations and decisions owned by your organization.

One price per site.

A site is one physical operating location, not each QR code, department or shift.

Each lit dot is one of your sites.

Is Tellhaven a phone hotline?

No. People use a site link or QR code and type or talk on their own phone. If you run a phone hotline, keep it and add Tellhaven for the people who will not call.

Can it be our whistleblowing hotline?

It can be one route into it. Tellhaven is not a statutory whistleblower channel, so keep any channel the law requires you to run and add Tellhaven beside it.

Does Tellhaven ask for a person's name?

We don't ask for names, and we don't call it anonymous. Conversations are stored and linked to a random key in the person's browser. Reviewers can read what the person shares, which may identify them.

What happens with something urgent?

Tellhaven isn't an emergency service, and nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations. Before rollout, agree who acts on a serious case and how quickly, and keep your usual emergency and incident procedures. Each poster tells people to call emergency services if someone is in danger.
