Hear from the guard on every post.

Guards raise problems from any post or client site, in their own language, often while working alone. Your operations or compliance team reviews them, replies, and records what was done.

Start with one client site.

The radio at the loading dock post hasn't worked for a week. At night I'd have to use my own phone to call for help.

Translated from Amharic

Thank you. A replacement radio goes to the site today, and the night supervisor will check in with your post every hour until then.

What a shift report leaves out.

  • Lone working and equipment that doesn't work.
  • Long shifts, back-to-back nights and fatigue.
  • Abuse and threats on post.
  • Pay, hours and missed breaks.
  • How supervisors and client staff treat guards.

What your operations team sees.

Each concern arrives in English with the client site, theme and risk marked. Serious ones open a case, and the follow-up, your reply and each action stay on record.

Is Tellhaven right for you?

Built for organizations whose people work away from head office.

A good fit if

  • Your people work across sites, shifts or suppliers.
  • They speak more than one language.
  • You can name reviewers who will reply, ideally within two working days.
  • You want a record of what was done about each concern.

Not the right fit if

  • You need an emergency line. Nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations.
  • You need a statutory whistleblower channel. We don't currently offer it as one.
  • People must not be identifiable. We don't ask for names, but their words may identify them.
  • Nobody will reply. People who hear nothing stop speaking up.

One price per site.

A site is one physical operating location, not each QR code, department or shift.

Each lit dot is one of your sites.

Questions

Something else? Email us and we'll set up a walkthrough.

Can guards use it to raise an alarm?

No. It's for concerns, not emergencies. Guards keep their radios, control room and emergency procedures.

What about guards who move between posts?

Use the whole-organization link in onboarding and rosters, and a site link where guards work one post.

Will clients see what guards report?

Only people you add to Tellhaven can read concerns. You decide what to share with a client, and when.

What happens with something urgent?

Tellhaven isn't an emergency service, and nobody at Tellhaven monitors conversations. Before rollout, agree who acts on a serious case and how quickly, and keep your usual emergency and incident procedures. Each poster tells people to call emergency services if someone is in danger.

Is it anonymous?

We don't ask for names, and we don't call it anonymous. Conversations are stored and linked to a random key in your browser. Reviewers can read what you share, which may identify you.
